Description

The COMVEC tensioning straps with elastic rubber band are ideal for securing loads on a scale of 1:14 - 1:16 quickly, reliably and true to the original. Thanks to the elasticity of the textile rubber band, the tensioning straps no longer have to be made to a specific length. The metal parts of the tensioning straps (hook and ratchet) are made from the finest cast parts made of brass. The color of the cast parts resembles yellow galvanized steel, which is often used in real tensioning straps.

The length of the tensioning straps can be individually adjusted. The scope of delivery includes all components for two tensioning straps: four hooks, two ratchets (each as raw parts on the cast branch) and approx. 0.5m of rubber band in the selected color. The rubber band is cut to the desired length, folded over the hook or ratchet once and glued. Superglue, for example, is suitable for this. Tip: Put a drop of glue on the rubber band before cutting it, this will prevent it from fraying when cutting. The rubber band can be stretched to about twice its length.
