The model

This hock loader platform is compatible to on the market available hook-loading systems  (e.g. Scale-Art ®.) in 1/14.5. If desired, the locking system can be screwed in different positions, so that the platform is compatible with various systems.

The welded steel frame is modeled according to the standard  DIN 30722 which  describes the design of original hook loaders. Thus, the main frame of two L-shaped arrangements of I-beams (top / bottom chord: 0.8mm, 1.5mm thickness) with various welded sheets to enhance stability in areas of high stress. Firstly, this is the middle section of the main structure on which rolls of the frame on the guide rollers of the roll-off tipper. Secondly, the section of the 90 ° angle at the front of hook loader platform at the transition from the horizontal main beam is doubly reinforced for vertical I-beam, since this region experiences a strong bending stress during loading and unloading. The shackle, in which engages the hook of the carrier vehicle is made from 3mm solid material and is supported in favor of the stability of four reinforcing ribs.

Two detachable ramps allow vehicles to access the platform,  which is made of stained beech wood planks. For higher rigidity, these planks are supported by a rigid support frame made of steel. In addition, the wooden edges lie on the steel structure, so that punctually large loads are carried safely. For cargo securing, lashing rings are welded on the frames side. Secondly, 18 removable stanchions provide many variations. If the stanchions are not needed, they can be as well as the ramps plugged into the front of the platform.

As game scenarios there are many opportunities in handling general cargo on construction work sites. By the about 415mm long and 160mm wide loading area even larger loads such as cable reels or machines can be transported in addition to pallets. Likewise, for example pipes or wood can be transported thanks to the stanchions.
